Boredomistan employs the following technologies and services.

Boredomistan is written in ASP.NET 2.0/C#. ASP.NET is made by soulless bastards bent on world domination. Enjoy.

The database is MySQL 5. This is a picture that came up when I did a Google Image search for "MySQL icon". I don't know wtf's going on there.

All icons, banners and non-post images have been made using The GIMP. Think of The GIMP as an open source Photoshop.

Early icon and site image prototypes were made using Inkscape. Inkscape is a vector graphics program. Vector graphics were dropped because Internet Explorer is a dick sandwich.

Boredomistan is hosted by Jumba, an Australian hosting company. They're alright.

Boredomistan looks ace in Opera 9, Firefox 1.5 & 2 and Internet Explorer 6 & 7. Are you using Internet Explorer? Get a real browser.

Boredomistan uses valid XHTML 1.1, CSS and RSS. Feel free to click the "W3C XHTML 1.1" icon at the bottom of each page to validate it. If you find a page that doesn't validate, let me know.
