Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Games. If you've never heard of this term before, count yourself lucky and close your browser now. Then uninstall it. In case you've not taken my advice and you're interested in what an MMORPG is, think of all the shame of medieval re-enactment fairs, but in the comfort of your own home. Grown men and women prancing about with completely straight faces, spending hours on end disconnected from their real lives in the hope of getting a wizard hat in a different shade of brown. Not only that, but the company that makes the game takes both your time and money every month, and what little you do manage to create is still owned by them.

The sooner this fad has passed the better. Whenever someone brings up an MMORPG in casual conversation, you can't help but to smile politely and try not to make eye contact with that person, lest they assume you want to be bored out of your wits. I can't imagine what living with one of these losers would be like, let alone being one.

And then I bought Warhammer Online
